Hi, I'm Anne Marie!

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who's helping people with acute and chronic illnesses in the hospital setting since 2006. However, my passion for integrative, alternative, and complementary healing arts has guided my continuing education and I'm always fascinated by how much healing and wellness can occur beyond what is offered in traditional medical settings.

My own healing journey has brought me many places to learn about root causes, our biology and genetics, nutrition, how food is grown, how stress and self care play into our health, and many other areas that I intend to share more of here.
